· Septic… Ecoethic to be used in the holding tank. No other chemical is to be used. All trailers must have holding tanks. No flush toilets allowed.
· Hydro…All sites are metered. A $150.00 deposit is included in site fee cost. Adjustments will be made in April.
· Additional fees for Florida room and 12 wide trailer
· Internet, cable and telephone available from Bell or Rogers. Arrangements can be made with these companies for hook up.
· Dogs…1 dog per site
