We are a seasonal only campground. We do not have any day use or overnight sites.
FAMILY: 2 adults and any dependent children 21 years and under who are living at home (1 Family Per Site)
PETS: 1 dog per site, kept on a leash and under control at all times
VISITORS: Any others than above. Visitors pets are not allowed.
*ISLANDVIEW TRAILER PARK MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED A PERMANENT RESIDENCE. YOU MUST HAVE A PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN ONTARIO WHICH MUST BE SHOWN ON YOUR CONTRACT*
ANNUAL PARK RATES
Seasonal Sites (30 amps)… Starting at $3,600 + 150 Hydro + HST
Site Deposit is 1/3 of total due: Sep 1, 2023, Jan 15, 2024 and April 15, 2024
Water & Sewage… included in all site fees
Hydro… all sites are metered and require a $150.00 deposit.
Telephone/Internet… arrangements can be made with Bell or Cable-Cable
Septic… All trailers must have a holding tank. Ecoethic is the only product to be used. No other chemical is allowed.
Dogs... 1 dog per site. No visitor pets allowed.
T dock Starting at $415 + HST
Land dock $100.00 + HST
New trailer Fee: $600 new camper, $1000.00 for 8 wide & $2000 for 12 wide
Trailer Surcharge: $350 for 12 wide plus Florida room, $325 for 12 wide plus hardtop, $300 for 12 wide trailer, $150 for 8 wide plus Florida room
Selling trailer Fee: 7% commission, $200.00 + HST per year listed
Used Hardtops and Florida rooms are subject to a $1000.00 fee
