Seasonal Sites (30 amps)… Start at $2,015 hydro + GST
Site Depositis 1/3 of total due: Aug 29th 2010, Jan 15th 2011, April 15th 2011
Water & Sewage… included in all site fees
Hydro… all sites are metered and require a $100.00 deposit
Telephone & Cable… arrangements can be made with these companies for hook up
Internet… $23.00 per month / $11.00 per week (Includes GST)
Septic… All trailers must have holding tanks. No flush toilets allowed.
All site holders are required to purchase Ecothic to be used in the holding tank. No other chemical is to be used.
Dogs... 1 dog per site. No visitor pets allowed.
T DOCK……………………$236.25 (includes GST)
LAND DOCK………………$ 47.25 (includes GST)
($15.00 goes to Shadow Lake cottagers association)

DAILY VISITOR RATES (INCLUDES GST)

13 years & over with owner of trailer present (expires 11:00 pm)…$4.20/person
Overnight stay (expires 11:00 am)…………………………………$4.20/person
Visitors without owner of trailer…………………………………...$25.20/night
Visitor tent or trailer on site………………………………………...$25.20/night

(Includes children, grandchildren, spouses of children, parents, grandparents, brothers & sisters and their spouses, nieces and nephews and their spouses and children)
All Inclusive………………………….$385.90
(Includes all the above relatives plus friends)

Please register all guests at store upon arrival.

CAMPSITE: 1 FAMILY PER LOT

FAMILY: 2 married adults or 2 common law partners and any dependent children 21 years and under who are living at home
PETS: 1 dog per site
VISITORS: Any others than above. Visitors pets are not allowed.

ISLANDVIEW TRAILER PARK MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED A PERMANENT RESIDENCE. YOU MUST HAVE A PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN ONTARIO WHICH MUST BE SHOWN ON YOUR CONTRACT
