Islandview Trailer Park is nested on beautiful Shadow Lake which starts at Norland and flows into Silver Lake through to Coboconk. The lake is dotted with islands and coves to explore. Fishing is good and the catch of the day could be small mouth bass, muskie or pickerel.

We are a clean, well maintained family park with 73 treed sites, each with a fire pit and picnic table. Each site also has it's own hydro meter and has 30 amp service, sewer and water hook ups. Cable TV and telephone is also available.

We have a good cross section of families from young children and teens to retired folks.

The safe sandy beach is great for children to play and swim.
There is also a grassy area by the beach and shade trees for those hot summer days.

Boat docking includes a T dock on the water and a separate beach area for smaller boats. A boat launch road is also available. A canoe and kayak rack is also available.

The recreation hall and one set of washrooms were completely renovated recently. Our water system was also upgraded to new ministry standards.

Recreation facilities include brand new horseshoe pits, volleyball, basket ball, darts, pool tables and video games as well as a rec hall with wide screen TV, VCR, DVD, air hockey and treadmill. A library and indoor and outdoor games are available for adults and children. The beach area has a swimming and ski raft, children’s slide and beach toys and a paddle boat as well as picnic tables and chairs.
